Specifically constructed to house a state of the art, certified organic Italian made olive mill. The mill processes approximately 1 ton of olives per hour for both the home grown olives and for commercial clients. The building was designed with drainage and 3 phase 480 volt power.
Adjacent to the mill is office pace, a storage facility and a garage building. It is approximately 1,160 square feet and detached from the Mill building to house equipment, bottled olive oil, case storage and a farm office. There are also four fenced paddocks.
